My friend at work stood in line last friday to get one and we spent a while trying to get it authinticated. It was awful because windows would timeout the itunes process. After lunch, it finally went through and he has spent the whole weekend setting the thing up. Today he finally got his e-mail contacts in. It's really cool, the gps and realtime navigation was fun to check out. It does seem expensive, but for what you get, it would be worth it if you had the money.

 

I have real time GPS on my Blackberry and pay a lot less, so untill they have a way better plan I'm not wanting one.
