Wait a minute, the c63 does not cost 100k?!

It costs 70k here in Canada, and in the US im sure its even cheaper lol

The AMG GT is slightly over 100k

Folks... y'all know how much I (all of us here) love our Mustangs. But I need to ask for some forgiveness. When I turn 40(ish), I'll be looking to add (hopefully not replace) to my stable. I was always looking to get a Shelby or maybe a GT350, who knows. But lately, my thoughts have been going German...that is, until I saw this. (Was visiting family in another city, and stopped by this dealership)

2015 Lexus RC-F. It's still a 5.0 V8. Does that count??? LOL. Maybe I'm in the minority, but God, that is sexy. Who cares how it drives at this point.

Ok, flame away.

p.s. Pics are taken with iPhone so no editing. Pardon the crappy quality.

...

...

That is one fugly car.

Lexus seems to be looking for ways to completely make their cars uglier than the previous model with every new car they release.

That grille only reminds me of one thing, and it's not a pretty one:

But hey, beauty IS in the eye of the beholder, and I guess so is ugliness.

Good luck with whatever you end up with, whether it's a Predator-mouthed expensive Toyota, or something else

LOL... holy thread revival. For what it's worth, I still like the shape of that RCF. I love the Predator reference.

ahhhhh the irony of this thread on my end!! I ended up selling my Mustang because the MT82 and overall build quality just took it's toll on me. I ended up selling it and spending a little more on a 2014 ATS Premium with the 3.6L. Beautiful car, handled very well. But the run flats gave me a sidewall tear on one tire, and a cracked wheel on another wheel (Indianapolis roads are **** near the worst in the country now). The reliability was not great on mine, it had many issues it was in the dealer for (fortunately under warranty), and the thing squeaked and rattled all over. I must've gotten one of those "Friday" cars. Sold it a month before warranty expired and traded up to a 2015 Lexus IS350 F-Sport a month ago. Not exactly an RC-F, but I thought that was pretty funny after reading this thread. I absolutely love the IS350, the build quality is superb. The ride quality is so much better than the ATS too. Granted, I could have replaced the runflats on the ATS with regular tires and would have made a big difference, but all the other stuff bugged me too much. The paint was in bad shape too, razor thin clear coat. The IS350 has 306 hp compared to the ATS 321, but the IS350 has better power delivery and honestly "feels" faster. I'm extremely happy with it! I do miss the Mustang for its power and paint color at times, but I can drive this thing year-round, every day without feeling guilty. The Mustang ended up a garage queen

So yeah...cool story bro, eh?
