I can appreciate the work that guy has got invested more than most because of my tooling background. But why would you do that. Because you can??? He had to have 10's of thousands invested to make that engine.

I dont even want to know how fast they were going due to the fact that one morning I almost hit a 10 point buck in my Celica when I was doing 70.

Am I up next....... Erm... Well I'm not quite sure what that means, so until I get clarification, I'll say that yes, I am up next.

Well, my barely limping along furnace finally kicked the bucket this morning, was making some funky noises so I had to shut it down. I killed the power to it from the service switch and turned off the gas to it as well. Thankfully the new furnace arrived at the heating contractor's shop this morning and they will come do the job tomorrow, my dad is coming as well so that I can go to work as usual.

OHH the valve covers... sorry.. I am clueless..

Quite uncharacteristically, yes I will be at work tomorrow morning, as I am opening the store at 7:30....

Are you still getting the two sets of covers done? You never responded to my post a couple weeks back regarding pricing.

Murphy's Law.

You buy a townhouse and the following winter the furnace breaks.

I got alot of that Murphy's law crap going on around here the last month. You know how everything breaks at the same time and you can't hardly keep up with getting it all fixed? I am going to transfer the next wave to Tom since he is never around here anymore.

Well I guess you will do the next set than when I get the other set back, I''ll do both sets at one time. What was the total again?

Yeah, just watch, bet the air conditioner will be next to kick the bucket in the spring. Both the furnace and the air conditioner are original to the house, was built in 1996. At least next winter all I will need to do is change the filter and I'm good to go. I've only lived here for 4 months, but I've been fixing stuff like crazy. At least I'm a good handyman, just buy what I need and install it, as long as it not something like a furnace or air conditioner, that stuff I leave for the experts.

$50 for the pair of the 5005 blue signal and $75 for the pair of the vista-blue-ish ones. plus $25 for him to purchase the blue signal powder. so $150 total for 2 sets of the covers.

Check payable to Collins Powder Coating or cash or MO etc.

Well I'm gonna pull my valve covers off my car and send em to him.. So you can give me your two sets right away too.

I will be at my store from 7:30am till about 2pm on Thurs. I will bring the Vista Blue-ish color sample with me so you can see it.
