Installed with no real problems. Driver's side was more of a pain than the passenger side. I also used the pipe clamps that came with the Flowmaster. Dunno if I like them, as they're two "wires" rather than the large clamp that came with the stocks. I couldn't use the stocks, though, since they were tack-welded to the exhausts.

Sounds good though! Will have to crawl under in a day or so and make sure everything is still tight.

Cool! I do seem to remember the driver side being a bit more difficult. I had to turn into a contortionist to get to the bolt on top.

Ya...I got 1/2 way through the bolts on the driver's side, then had to get out from underneath when the phone rang. After the call...What'd I do with the 13mm box end??? Totally lost it! Fortunately, I had a spare in the toolbox that I recalled having and finished the job.

When I was cleaning up, I found the original 13mm in the driveway. No idea how it got there.

I need to take pics and post, but it's nothing you guys hadn't seen.

I used some really big clamps on mine. They had the picture of a 18 wheeler on it! lol

I think they call them lap joint clamps! I guess I'll leave this one stock. I kind of do like the Flowmasters hush one. Those sound good. MORE MONEY!

Side by side size difference. The looks on the car don't really change since the stockers come with chrome tips now.

Wow! Congrats Tread! Thanks for the videos!

Did one of your flows have a dent in it?

Thanks, it sounds great so far! There was a dent where the pipes connect but, not on the muffler itself. We hammered it out before connecting them.

Yes or no? The car had to be darker so the storm would show up.

Or this one?

No, but it only gives you 8 HP, but maybe better gas mileage?

Speaking of which, what MPG are you getting? I'm only getting 14.2 which I think is low.

I think the stock intake is gonna be hard to beat without a tune unless you just want it to look better.

Depending on how heavy my foot gets, I usually get low 18's for avg. I've had some 17's and a couple 19's. Nothing as low as 14 since it was brand new.

OK, thanks. Maybe I'll see about taking mine in, maybe next week.

I called the service Deptartment and they said that most Mustangs are getting 14-17. I guess there really isn't anything wrong with mine?
