Practice makes perfect. You'll only improve from there. Next time we go it shouldn't be as busy as it was last time and that will give you more opportunity to get faster.

Yep thats a pretty lengthy 60' time. I'm in the process of getting some drag tires I could feel that my car could hit 12's if I could just hook.

Didnt know Whipple was haveing problems... If your choices are KB or Roush... absolutely forget the Roush.. unless your wanting the warranty... its too small of a blower to have any really power to compete with the larger whipple kb or saleen. Its pretty sad when a naturally aspirated mustang gt with bolt ons can beat a stage 3 roush. Right now Whipple is the most complete kit out there with haveing the gt500 fuel pumps included. KB has a great rep... and heard the KB tune is dead on, but I still would def dynotune. Centris do have peak hp at the end of the rpm band but that equals to me less stress on the motor and better launching. The twin screws are at max boost early and can create some traction issues on the street and the track... plust the centri will allow me to keep my shaker... leaning towards a Procharger since it runs on its own belt and doesnt need to tab into my oil pan for a return like the Vortech.

If you want power at the end then centri is the way to go. I want to go when I hit the pedal so centris are out for me. Plus centris are REALLY loud whereas the Roush and KB are very quiet. I mean this at idle as well as WOT

Paul whats next on your list of NA mods? I am leaning toward Cams. Also there is some speculation that the F.A.S.T. intake should be released soon. They are still claiming 30-40 horse gain. Small write up in the latest MM&FF mag.

Any other comments about the Roushcharger besides fast and scream? Maybe something technical about it...?

Those are awesome wheels Bob! Kudos to you. What size did you get 17 or 18?

I hate to disagree on the noise level... KB and Whipple are definitely louder than a centri... Procharger is loud on idle... but quiets down when you get on it... here are some video clips of what I'm talking about.

whipple... holy crap its loud

KB dyno pull

I would have to say that they both have their moments when they are louder than one another, but that twin screw whine of the kb can be heard for a half a mile
