ok, since you insist it is from the rain I have to ask. When you shut your car off and opened the door, how hard was it raining and how long did you leave the door open? Also, the module that controls the global windows option is not located inside the door panel. If water did manage to get inside the switch or wire harness you'd have problems with the locks too.

The reason I highly doubt it is from the rain is because another person had the same problem and it was the module.

If he doesn't know how, take a look at my thread on the global window feature. It has instructions in the very first post for how to activate it if you have the Active Anti-Theft option. Not too many techs know what menus to choose to get to it in the computer.
