The ones I make are black, and are made from aircraft firewall material of a chemical formulation that's superior to stock and won't rot or soak up any underhood fluids. I can supply a heat-resistant vinyl decal with it, usually a running pony. They look and perfrom great!

No one has ever asked if the liners I make can be painted! I'm sure it can, but will your paint withstand the heat underneath and not crack and flake off my liner? If you go with no liner then you'll have to constantly wipe down your underhood or dirt will build up.

painted. or If I could have a hood liner Painted that would be great!

That looks great. How long has it been since you painted it and how has the paint held up? Any discoloration and/or paint rubbing off on engine parts?
