Go to Wally world (Wal-Mart) and get a box of Cling Tint in the Auto dept. You get a big box for about 10 bucks and you can cut out your own plus have lots left over to share with your friends. A good sharp knife and you are set. The rear set are the hard cover tints from GTS

I was thinking of doing the same thing, what percent of cling tint did you get the 20% or 5%.

that looks pretty good, but I guess you don't really need good light output!

I did the same thing on my front turn signals. I used 20% tint, and it looks great. The darkness almost matches my headlight covers.

The darker the better. It's about 10 seconds to peel them off at Dark and about 2 minutes to put back on in the morning.

I made the first set of headlights and foglights a Master set, then cut several sets. I have had 1 or 2 blow off at high speed when I didn't install them right.

I've never seen clear at wal-mart in the auto dept. but if you go to the fabric dept. mine carries different thickness of a clear vinyl that may work and its cheap too.

Why static? Arent you worried about people ripping them off?
