Tungsten will be cooler looking than Mineral Gray which has the copper in Sunlight. We ordered a Mineral originally which I'm not a fan of (wife wanted) and ended up with a Satin-Silver that we like very well. Very true how well the SS stays clean looking, not that its ever allowed to get dirty.

If Tungsten or the Titaninum Silver was available for O5 they would have been my choice.

I had the same tungsten concerns when I cancelled my '05 Satin Silver order and placed a '06 tungsten order with a different high-volume dealership. Some of the pictures I was seeing of the tungsten color didn't make me feel any better. They seemed to range from satin silver to a darker grey color.

I spoke to my dealership and they said they had a paint chip I could look at. The description said Titanium; however it had the same T8 paint code as tungsten. I viewed the chip in the bright sunlight and I was very pleased with the color. I wanted to make sure the color wasn't a drab form of grey, and it isn't.

Anyway, you might check to see if your dealership has a paint chip, if you haven't already.

I am told I should have my '06 in September. I have been waiting since I placed my original '05 order in March.

SS is pretty damned good at hiding the everyday dirt.
Indeed, I saw silver, red, black and sonic blue Mustangs sitting next to each other at a dealership after it had rained the night before. The black and blue really showed the spots like crazy. The red showed them, but not as bad. Couldn't even see them on the silver. I thought at first that maybe the silver one hadn't been there during the rain, but when I looked at the hood at a certain angle I -could- see the spots. The silver masks dirt really well.
