How many bought their's new and still own it?
Still have my 2005 GT Redfire Metallic Premium 5-spd. Was built in June 2005 and I took delivery on July 10, 2005 two days before my birthday.
Photo at the dear the day I picked it up.

Since then, I've changed and upgraded a few things:
Swapped stock rims for Silver Bullitt wheels
Swapped stock muffers for Ford Racing Axle-back GTAs
Swapped stock intake for a K&N CAI
Added Diablo Sport Predator tuner
Added GT 300 side stripes
It just rolled over 68,000 miles and it's still running strong like the first day I got it and I use nothing, but non ethanol gasoline.
Even the tires are still OEM, but I definitely need to get a new set in the very near future.
My GT now 8 years later!

Back in 2006, I entered it in a car show and won the top award (1st prize Best of Show). There were 5 Best of Show 1st prize winners and my GT was 1 of the 5 which completely caught me by surprise. I was just there having fun doing a cruise-in with my Mustang club and I figured, what the heck, I'll polish off my car and enter the show with my fellow cruisers. I figured I probably won't win anything as the show gave out various prizes for different classes of vehicles and then they got to the last final prize for the Best of Show awarded to the 5 best. The called out 3 names prior and then all of a sudden I hear my name and my car #. I was like WOA!!! Who ME?!
What a great day that was.
1st Place "Best of Show award" April 9, 2006.

Unfortunately, it was in an accident back in October 2012 which totalled $4600+ in damage.
I took it to a local reputable body shop and they fixed up real good. When I got it back, it looked like new again. They even touched up all the dings and scratches all around the vehicle.
My insurance took the other driver's insurance to court and the judge ruled that it wasn't my fault so they won their arbitration case. My insurance was reimbursed the total cost, and, I even got back my $500 deductible. Can't get any better than that.

I ordered mine in April of 05 and picked her up on 7/28/05. I can't believe its been 8 years. It was a DD when I first picked her up but then I started saving her for special trips. She only has 14K on her.
I bought mine brand new in April 2005 with just 1.7 miles on the clock. See my signature.
Since installation of the supercharger, this car has been transformed into something entirely new and exciting. Aside from the 4" Magnaflows and Eibach suspension (tastefully lowered), this car still looks like it did from day one. It's a sleeping monster. With 87k on the clock, it is no longer my daily driver. Reliable and crazy fun to drive, I take it out maybe once a week. This is the best car I have ever owned, no question about it.

Still have window sticker... Had my baby since 05... I stole it from the show room floor at the dealership... i got lucky, it was the only GT in the area... it was exactly like i wanted it. silver with red leather, shaker 1000, my color dash..Now has 115,000 miles and still runnin strong.. Full synthetic oil changes every 5,000.. Gone through 3 batteries, 1 alternator, and ive done 2 sparkplug changes..
2005 Mustang GT
Seasonal car.
Just turned 100,000km
Still original brake pads (almost all highway miles)
I think the only thing I've had to change was the rear shocks.
Due for a plug change, transmission fluid change and some new tires.
Has some creeks, and just busted through the passenger side airbag wire due its dumb location under the seat.

Purchased Angelina is August of 2005 and still with me even though she's been through multiple accidents, engine replacement and a bunch of mods. I still love her as much as the first day. I just mentioned to the wife how coming home one day in my Scion xa commuter how when I rounder the corner and saw Angie parked with the sun shinning off her how much I still love that car! I can't imagine getting rid of her! Here are some pics of her transformations.
Ordered mine in fall of 05, took deliver of my 06 in the winter of 06.
Was a weekend driver. just seen its first rain this year, because now it's a daily driver with 16000 on the clock.
I'm Keeping this one!

Mine was built in November 2004, and I bought it in January 2005. I drove 20000 miles that first year, never in the rain, then turned it into a drag car. The longest trip was MD to SC for Mustang Week in 2008, other than that it was a weekend car show and cruise-in car. It just turned 40000 miles, and the only thing I have had to fix with hard drag racing was the 3650 transmission, which is now a rebuilt bullet proof racing trans. Recently I considered selling it since it's mostly in the garage while I drive my 2011 around daily, but said the heck with it, and just bought front and rear corner carving suspensions and am pulling the drag suspension out. I want to get this baby back on the road and have fun again. Love this car...it's much more "visceral" compared to the overly refined 2011...

Still have my 2005 Red Convertible V6 all stock, Have had to replace the roof twice. once for a factory defect that was at no cost and this past year from real wear and tear. worth the cost to have it replaced. love the car and will drive it till the wheels pop off.

Ordered Oct '04, built mid-Dec '04, picked up on January 7th '05. 104K on the clock and going strong. The only major issue was a failed cam follower in the passenger side head at around 70K which chewed up a couple of lobes and cracked the head. All the damage was in the head, nothing below.
Bought mine on December 22nd, 2004 and still own it. Luckily it is not my daily driver and has 23,000 miles on it. Mineral Grey Metallic V6 that still looks and runs great. Almost 9 years of fun and still going. Have my other car going on 29 years. Hate getting rid of stuff I guess? lol
bought mine Dec 2006, 105k + and still kicking, she has been to Wyoming, South Dakota, and she did the 45th Mustangs Across America to Birmingham. She was a DD until just recently.
first pic is right after i brought her home, the rest are the latest
