A 94 GT I may be going to look at the owner says he had to replace the speedometer and ever since the airbag light has stayed on? Any ideas how this is cleared? Thanks

 

Usually the light staying on means that the airbag has some sort of malfunction, so I would bring it to the dealer. Airbags are not something that I would trust myself with.

 

there's a 10 amp fuse under the dash for the bags check that first. There's also a 20 amp fuse under the hood for the bags. Check those first. If it's neither of the fuses it will be the control module under the radio its a dealer specific part and its $350.


I had the same trouble as you and it turned out to be the 10 amp fuse
