2013 Mustang Grille Upgrade

First time posting here so let me know what i did wrong lol.

I have a 2013 Mustang Deep Impact Blue

Lately ive been reading to see if im able to change my grille for either a GT with the fog lights or a boss 302 with the fog light delete on it.

Some post says that theyre a direct bolt on and some dont so im kinda confused. If any ones can give me a solid answer i would appreciate it.
And yes i already have fog lights on the car.
Thank You.

PS this is my car!!

Nice car since you have a 2013 its a direct swap but you may not like the price of all of it if you go for a gt grille with fogs but for you its a direct swap.

2010-2012 v6 needs new GT Bumper
2013-204 v6 needs nothing its a direct swap unless its a shelby grille

Just get the GT grille + surround and the grille lights if you need them. It is a direct swap. Removal of the bumper will be necessary. You can wire them however you like,I have mine on a dedicated switch tied to the ignition.

someone local is selling the grill with the fog lights for pretty cheap but doesn't have the brackets or the surround. Any idea where i could find them? or how to look for them.

You can get any of the GT grilles, I personally put a 302 Grille in mine b/c I liked the center bar. The lamp brace is built into the plastic of the grille.

You'll also need to make sure you get a new GT surround b/c your current V6 one won't fit a GT grille. Most people on ebay or forums automatically sell the surround and grille as one piece. The surround itself will be a compatible swap for you.

I'd also suggest you pick up a wiring harness that lets you operate fogs. Make sure it's the correct terminals for the lamp bulb...they typically come with a new switch. I see you already have fogs so you'd use your existing connection..or buy a new harness on ebay if you want both lights to be independent.

I saw on ebay this ---> http://www.ebay.com/itm/141763636121?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
pretty much all i would need is the actual fog lights

Thats fair, I paid 250 for mine at retail for the same parts. The lower..if you want matching. Is much cheaper. Lamps are pricey though and Ebay sellers rarely discount them enough..I would look in the sale section here, last year there were a few members (like NukinFutz) selling their whole setup. Don't know if anyone ever took the bite.

You will require to buy a Grille surround to hold GT grille in.

I've purchased a lot of parts (including the Boss 302 grille I swapped for my standard GT grille) off this dealer's website.

I would like to ask for your help.. Please see post 10 for pictures of car
I have purchased all the parts needed for this mod to work.
I own a 2013 v6 base coupe ( Race Red with lower fog lights)
I want to upgrade my grille to a BOSS grille ( DR3Z-8200-CB kit) from PartsCheap
I am being told a grille surround( DR3Z-8419-BA) )

I have ordered this from American Muscle.. http://www.americanmuscle.com/raxiom...ts-1314gt.html ..( bulbs and pigtail harness not included ).. I have told that i can purchase Silverstar Ultra H11 bulbs and universal pig tail HB/H11.
I would like to know if this is sufficient for the fogs to work.. and if there is an LED bulb that would work .
Thank you for all and any suggestions..

This is what you might need to convert the H11 (lower fog lights ) to LED (GT style fog lights).

I am new to this mod/upgrades to my Mustang..Please bear with me
Update... I have successfully installed the upper grille and the lower grille..everything fit perfectly and looks awesome IMHO but this http://www.americanmuscle.com/2005gt...og-lights.html and this http://www.americanmuscle.com/raxiom...ts-1314gt.html did not work the first did not include bulbs the next one did include the bulbs but when trying to install the Halo fogs ( did not realize I needed the hardware to attach the fog lights to.) The fog light circumference was a bit larger than the openings in the grille. The installers at the local Speed Shop tried several ways to get the Fogs to fit but to no avail. I have tried to purchase the correct hardware but in order to get them the entire fog light housing must be purchased (for my yr mustang, close to $500.00 for the set . I am at a complete loss as to how to achieve the Halo look.. I would appreciate any info on how you achieved your Halo look on your vehicle Raynier Leonardo
.. again Thank you for your assistance

If I am understanding this correctly you can not install Fog Lights on a Boss 302 Grill. You need a GT Grill?
