It seems like a hundred years ago. It feels like yesterday. Almost 3000 people were preparing to go to work or gathering their bags for a trip to the airport, never suspecting that this would be the last time they'd be saying goodbye to their loved ones. In a couple of hours we'll be hearing their names on television as we've done for the last fourteen years.

I never met a single one of them, but I knew them all.

Where is the media on all this??? Every year it seems to get less and less exposure. I get very mixed emotions when this day comes. A lot of anger though, that's for sure.

 

Me as well I joined the army because of this day it has changed me in so many ways. As I'm sure many Americans that signed up I know I will never forget this day

 

I'm watching Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. Ever seen it? Pretty powerful movie. Can't imagine what those families went through, especially the kids (which is what this is centered around, one little boy's experience).

 

You know, I'm sick of all this ****. 3000 people were killed which is truly sad, but the real tragedy is the 100's of thousands of people that were connected to them that have to live with that from now on.

Some ****ed up religion that has been perverted by a bunch of raghead mother****ers has poisoned the minds of hundreds of millions of people that want to erase normal people off the earth and take it over. I'm sick of it. All of it. The whole goddammed thing should be wiped off the face of the earth.

Call me a racist, a xenophobe, whatever you want. I don't care one bit. **** all of them, I don't trust any of them, even the refugees that we are preparing to take in. We are so ****ing stupid that we are opening the door to a lions den in our own back yard.

Have you read anything about Jordan or Saudi Arabia taking in any of those refugees? Neither have I. If their own people won't take them in why should we?

I was raised to be a compassionate, nonjudgmental person. But I agree with you 100% These are not refugees, they are the first wave of an invasion. The best way to deal with islam is to wipe it off of the earth.

I'm still waiting for the thousands of Muslims here in America to protest against what the hijackers did 14 years ago. Maybe I missed it.
