1967 Ford Mustang Build Chronicle By Ba Mustangs 67
Wow! That's almost worse then me....
You had a new starter and it still went out?

Only drivetrain part that hasn't been replaced is the engine on my 67.
I've replaced the rearend, driveshaft, transmission, clutch, had flywheel resurfaced, different carburetor (2 times), different distributor, new starter, spun the balancer so it was replaced, and got a new water pump, also fried the alternator, battery, voltage regulator, couple coils, and the solenoid switch.

Should have it by Tuesday. Since they don't get cars like mine every day they couldn't do the 30 minute appraisal. So they took picutres and got information from me, and they are going to send all of that to people in the company. That way they can get people that have dealt with these cars and know a good price on it.
Just proves that don't know classic Stangs. Someone in the company probably said they would give that if you traded. $8500 is probably more realistic. Unfortunately the 6 hurts it. Continue to work on it and enjoy it. Make you other vehicle that is your daily driver last you through college, then you can afford to build the Stang of your dreams, buy a new car, a house with a garage,...

Well I'm giving it til March to sell. If it doesn't by then the old I6 is gone and I will be putting an EFI 5.0 in. Also might change the seats or the whole interior so I can get cloth instead of leather, I don't like having a sweaty back during the summer.
That's the spirit!
Restro Mod might be a good thing for your car! I know that the disc brakes and other things that I have done to it really make it drive a lot better.

If I did a couple more mods to the six, I could probably beat a stock 289 if not 302. The thing that slows it down most is the tall 5th gear and I only have 3.00 rear gears.
