1966 Soft brake pedal is this normal?
my car was parked for approx 2-3 months on a sloped ramp, now the brake pedal seems to be soft.
It feels like when i first installed the new disc brakes 7 months ago,, they eventually became harder.
Is it normal did the car leak brake fluid is it possible the brake hard lines cracked etc...
or will it go back to normal after use?
I can barely stop the car at slow speed or rolling.

So I checked the brake fluid reservoir, I assume that's low, so im guessing there is a leak somewhere, I will try to get a mechanic to come and inspect it.
The fluid has to be to the top?

im not sure about how it is on the older cars, but on nowadays cars your not suppose to top off brake fluid. inspect the brake lines all the way to the brakes. if you find nothing wrong with the lines or brake hardware then just bleed the brake system to get the air out of the system... hope that helps
