ford racing oil filter

Hi all, I would like to know if there's any advantage in using a Ford racing filter when I do an oil change on my 07 gt instead of the normal filter? Thank you

Maybe... Probably not. I run one, mostly because racecar and because it gives me a little piece of mind. It is quite large and has a ton of filter media in it... So if you're doing oil changes at longer intervals it could help.
