renting a coil spring compressor tomorrow, taking shocks out, cutting the front coils, getting new front shocks and putting brakes and spindles in.

Be carefull with those springs when you compress them. There's a lot of energy stored in those!

I need to find shocks for lowered cars. My 67 is so low that when I jack it up, my coil actually starts to come off the UCA perch.

On my 65. I'd like to paint it the orginal Rangoon Red it came in. Here's a link to a Mustang in that color.

Yeah, they also call it "Resale Red." It's about the most popular red there is. Plus, I really think that would MAKE my car. I mean it looks good now, but if I had a fresh paint job in that red, then I would really have something special.

The problem is I want a four stage paint job where they take the car all the way down to bare metal, and that costs! Doh!

At least 5k, but a friend knows a guy over on the other side of town that he thinks might do it for less, but he can't get his phone number! He has to go out to his friend out in the shop here and get that number. lol, it's always something.

Yeah, I also need to get new sway bar links so it doesn't mess up. I'm about 1" away from hitting my frame rail with my sway bar. It needs to be lowered down again.
