Rostislav Prokop’s visions for the Mustang are svelte, brutal and absolutely mind-blowing.

Custom Mustangs are nothing new, as we’ve certainly shown over the years. Every car show has at least one take or two on our favorite pony car, from mild to wild, covered in flames to wrapped in color-blocking, and ready to drift to drag-strip dominator.

Some custom Mustangs, though, are so wild that they can only exist (for now) in art. One such artist, Rostislav Prokop, has quite a few takes on the Mustang that have blown us away.

Hailing from Pilsen, Czechia, the home of the pilsner beer, Prokop is an automotive designer and concept artist who uses software like Adobe Illustrator and Autodesk 3ds Max to create stunning cars and trucks like the Shelby GT350R widebody above, and the “Bozz 302” first-gen Mustang at the top.

Prokop also has a YouTube channel, where you can watch him create his amazing designs through live streams and sped-up videos, as well as 3D walkarounds of some of his works.

There’s so much to explore of Prokop’s art, including on his Instagram and Facebook. We’d like to raise a glass of Svijany to Prokop for his badass Mustangs. Long may he continue to blow our minds.

Cameron Aubernon's path to automotive journalism began in the early New '10s. Back then, a friend of hers thought she was an independent fashion blogger.

Aubernon wasn't, so she became one, covering fashion in her own way for the next few years.

From there, she's written for: Louisville.com/Louisville Magazine, Insider Louisville, The Voice-Tribune/The Voice, TOPS Louisville, Jeffersontown Magazine, Dispatches Europe, The Truth About Cars, Automotive News, Yahoo Autos, RideApart, Hagerty, and Street Trucks.

Aubernon also served as the editor-in-chief of a short-lived online society publication in Louisville, Kentucky, interned at the city's NPR affiliate, WFPL-FM, and was the de facto publicist-in-residence for a communal art space near the University of Louisville.

Aubernon is a member of the International Motor Press Association, and the Washington Automotive Press Association.
