Supercharged  Mustang GT built by Ringbrothers was displayed at SEMA 2012, and it’s now available on Bring A Trailer.

Have you ever wondered what happens to cars after their big display at the legendary SEMA show in Las Vegas? Without a doubt, SEMA brings some of the craziest builds to the public eye. Therefore, it’s not exactly odd to wonder where they all wind up afterward. The truth is a lot of them are sold or torn apart. Every once in a while, though, a ghost of SEMA’s past will appear for sale. In this case, it comes in the form of a supercharged 2013 Mustang GT with some pretty crazy customizations.

Bring A Trailer recently listed this wild-looking Mustang was displayed at the 2012 SEMA show. It was built by legendary aftermarket parts company Ringbrothers in collaboration with Ford. At SEMA, it was awarded Special Recognition for Outstanding Achievement in Design. Right off the bat, some modifications are obvious. Its glossy gray paint scheme, custom hood inserts, and customized trunk spoiler situation grab your attention immediately. Additionally, the peeking yellow interior components make it hard not to be drawn in for a closer look. So let’s dive in.

Crazy customization inside and out

Open the doors, and you’ll find a fully reupholstered interior. Black leather seats and door cards are pleasantly accented with yellow leather inserts. The yellow adds a great pop without being overwhelming and accents the gray and black tones nicely. Additionally, the Ringbrothers themselves installed a Ringbrothers rear seat delete kit.

Under the hood, you’ll find an aluminator 5.0-liter V8 in place of the original Coyote 5.0. Additionally, a bit of spice has been added in the form of a Procharger supercharger kit. An included dynamometer sheet reports a more-than-healthy output of 506 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque. Putting the power to the wheels is a six-speed manual transmission.

The exterior was refinished in Nissan Cefiro gray and is accented by a full Ringbrothers carbon fiber body kit. Additionally, it sits on a set of twenty-inch HRE  Ringbrothers edition wheels and Nitto tires. The current owner also added Pedders Extreme coilovers and a BMR adjustable Panhard rod to really take advantage of the monumental power output. It doesn’t just have the looks, folks. This thing is ready to dominate the curves and straights alike.

What’s even more impressive is the fact that this car only has 9.200 miles on it.

A limited opportunity

The seller states that the car comes with a clean California title and passed smog in February 2021. The Carfax report shows that it has four previous owners and zero reported accidents. It also includes service records. This is a chance to own a pretty remarkable piece of SEMA history. The fact that it’s a manual car with over 500 wheel horsepower is just the icing on the cake.
