Thanks. I started to feel like I didn't have a car it took so long.

Only complaint I have is each chic is only leaving one smudge, thought they where supposed to leave 2 round smudges?

Well... I'm reduced to a 7 year old once again - eager with anticipation. I'll be frequenting the UPS site because all my new exhaust parts are on their way!!! Kooks really stepped it up with basically a 1 week turn around time.

I also am in contact with my installer and it will either be Monday or Wednesday next week (weather permitting).

Trust me, I'm bummed about it. Everything on Marilyn I did myself, my own knuckle bleeds, etc. This is the first time a shop is doing it. Essentially the reason is because of the dreaded Header install. From what I read/understand/and discussed with people who even DID the install themselves, they said to have it done by someone else. LOL. The array of tools (special extensions, wobbly heads, etc... which I don't have special stuff) plus the possibility of stripping or breaking a bolt head (if it happens while on the engine, essentially I'm f...'d), were all enough to scare me away.

I'll entrust it to my shop buddy.

lol trust me, I know what a PITA headers can be. I did them myself on my 91 Z28, it was a nightmare that lasted 5 days. Granted I had just had back surgery about 2 months beforehand, so I had to take a lot of breaks, but yeah it's super easy to break exhaust bolts. I don't blame you guys, I'm just jelly because I'm too cheap for any of this stuff

In the afternoon on a much drier track I got it down to 85.68 seconds, good enough for 5th place in a 15-car Novice class. That 5th place got me a t-shirt that says on the back "When I race, cones fear me"
So Gabe, I assume the BMR suspension made a big difference for you? I meant to ask you this sooner, but I just remembered.

I haven't had a chance yet to install the new BMR upper control arm and Watts Link, unfortunately.
So this was on my current set-up

Lisa and I are traveling a bit soon and after that we'll get both cars' Watts Links installed and my UCA

Mustang 5.0 hits tree during Autocross - YouTube

OUCH! That's a pretty dumb place for an autocross.
