Congratulations on 26 years of 'stock' ownership! That's uncommon.
Thanks! I replaced the top in 1999, so it lasted about 12 years here in Phoenix.. All the seals were replaced also. The sun is the enemy here..

I imagine it is even worse than the FL sun I grew up in. I see all those 100+ degree days you experience. Thanks for the response. I always wonder how long my original tops will last. Being in the garage 95% of the time is definitely going to help, except for long overnight trips.
