Unlike the Jaguar XK8 convertible that I had, the rear seat in the Mustang is actually useable. I've had passengers back there in mine. It seems to me that the style bar (regardless of how you feel about the appearance) would make getting in and out of the back seat a real trial.

I've always wanted to get one. Then one day at the Mid American Shelby Show, I was parked next to 3 other convertible GT500s. The bar looked better on the darker colored cars but didn't look as good on the white. I've decided that I like the clean look better.

What a nice looking GT500 I want one someday. I keep going back and forth on what I want to do on my car. Half of me wants to mod the heck out of it and the other wants to leave it alone.

My wallet wants me to leave it alone and my eyes and ears want louder exhaust, engine mods etc..
