I rented this one for vacation last year and loved it. I wish I could afford to buy it. Weighs almost 4 pounds and was a killer on the neck!

Took this pic with it...
Nice pic and a very nice lens!
I just bought the body only since I knew my lenses needed replaced. I took that pic with the EF-S 18-55 IS that came with my XTi a few years ago. I am currently looking for a smaller zoom to bridge the gap with the super tele-zoom I'm gonna buy. I wish I could afford some L series lenses.

I have the same lens and i'm not impressed with it. Gotta be 3/4 of my pics will be out of focus. I always thought my camera sucked or I was doing something wrong. Adrenelin always said it was my lens. Then I rented the big lens for vacation and wow, what a difference. I think I'm going to get that lens again for vacation in July. Heavy to carry around, but the pics came out nice. Zoom was great too.
This pic was was on the wide end. If you look on the right side of the crosswalk you will see a telephone pole. Follow the pole halfway up you'll barely see a green street sign. It's just above the car in the road.

Zooming all the way in here is that sign. 20-300 is a nice lens!

Wow! That is crazy nice! Are you on POTN by any chance? It's a Canon forum.

I have an account there but haven't been on too often. I wasn't too impressed with the members there. Didn't seem to be a friendly atmosphere. I've had questions to ask, but was afraid the trolls would tear me apart. I've seen some awesome pics that others do nothing but criticize. So I just go in once in a while to try and learn something and browse the Glamour and Nudes section!
I also have a POTN account. A lot of the members have the "My **** don't stink" attitude and bash a lot of the newbies (such as myself) that are trying to learn. The other bad thing about the site is it makes you spend money. I just picked up a Sigma 30mm 1.4 and love it.

I picked up a Canon 18-200 IS and a Sigma 150-500 OS today. There is an airshow this weekend so I'll try and get something worth posting here.
Okay, I stayed home. Thankfully I only live a couple miles from the Naval Reserve Base where the airshow was held. Keep in mind these were from my house. The Aggressor FA/18's were the only ones remotely close.
