I'm always amazed at how well my inner clock is sometimes. Like those occasions when you get up to go in the kitchen exactly when the timer is getting ready to go off. Or when you know the exact timing of your snooze button on the alarm clock.

mine is almost scary, I'll start rolling over and reach down to turn off my alarm about the exact time that its getting ready to go off. I've done it before where the exact moment my finger touches the button, it goes off. Crazy!
I do it even if I set it for a different time every day. Not like it's just a habit thing.
