Thanks Gary! She's a little ball of energy. I try not to let her have too much sugar or she will never go to bed but when we walk to the store I let her get a Yahoo. And we stop at the playground on the way there and on the way back. Lol

I gave up on sugar battles.

Out of 6 I only have 1 that eats too much. All the others have found a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying things now and then and not feeling like they are on a permanent lifetime diet. I think this one kid is going through the exact same chunky phase the others did and they pulled through just fine. My oldest has an amazingly athletic and trim build.

So as a kid he would bug me about my shooting rifle with a scope with one eye closed - even though I was on target. Said I should shoot with both eyes open. I finally said 'that's easy for you to say' in a nice way. lol He quit bugging me after that.

She definitely gets her share of sweet stuff. We have fruit snacks and she is obsessed with chocolate milk. Just trying to cut back because she is nonstop and will stay up all night lol
Trying up before school starts anyway ..
