Looking at how it is sitting on the rim it is not too wide a tire. Camber has to be WAY off to do that....I'm thinking a combination of some camber issue but mostly a Toe issue that is eating up that inside edge. Toe is the #1 reason for tire wear...especially when it looks like that.
