I just got to pull it out of storage which it got put in right after I wrecked it..she needs some love

 

It was incredible. Dying to eat more but I'm so full. My grandma wants to get the recipe.

Ya, they were fresh. Ended making too many though. I think I used about 6 cups worth with several cups left over. It was like bleeding butter out the top though. The stuffing got a little wet. Lol

 

Like I said, you can make adjustments as you make it more. And the butter, yeah seems like I've cut down on it in the potatoes before. But considering where the recipe came from it doesn't surprise me, you know how old folks used to cook, back before they knew what cholesterol was, lol.

 

Ya. Lol It was so good though!

 

That was on I-10 I heard about it too ... They said it happened this morning and clean up wont end till like 9pm.
