factory illuminated door sill plate problem

2018 Convertible 13K miles. Just noticed the illuminated mustang logo door sill plate on the passenger side had a bubbled-up or rippled appearance after a couple of cold overnight temps down to the 20s. I could run my finger over it and feel the rippled areas, so the adhesive appears to have popped loose in some spots under the plate. Anyone else seen this issue? Also, I'm having to have the rear window glass replaced due to the top three grid lines on the rear window defroster have dark spots like they corroded away, and those lines do not appear to heat and defrost the rear glass. Still waiting on the dealer to confirm warranty replacement approval from Ford on that. They took pictures of it.

yikes! Good luck with those. No issues with my month old hard top so far. Hoping your dealer treats you well!
