That's awesome. I'm looking into doing the Viking shocks as well. Awesome stuff.
Is that BMR red I spy?!? lol
Tony - honest question - what mods HAVE you done on your green beast? Isn't she completely stock?!?!?!?!?! lol With that level of awesomeness stock, I don't blame you for keeping her stock.

Thanks and yes, they're American Muscle AMR's.
18x10, all four.
Got a smoking deal on them and I picked them up from the seller on my way back from North Carolina. Guy was in Maryland, and shipping them would've doubled the price of the deal I got.
They were track wheels for him, they might become track wheels for me, as I could easily run some 285/35/18s all around, while autocrossing.
But also thinking about painting them a brighter color and running them as summer wheels. This other option would make it so I'd still need track wheels and I don't really want to sell my 18" SVT wheels cuz they're an awesome set to have around, just in case.
And yes, I still need to sell my Milans.

Thank you sir for the kind words. 100% completely stock Burton.
(Although, I literally just wrote BJ over at VMP Performance another email. Literally 15 minutes ago. lol) It's A LOT of money to mod. Brakes/wheels/tires/suspension,......etc., etc. lol Well,...most of you guys know this already.
Still not sure if I'm keeping her or ordering a new beast. I keep doing the pros and cons of both in my head.
Reinstalled the stock 18s on the Shelby, at the fiancée's request, since she wants the first few drives to be on those wheels/tires, until the potholes around here get fixed somewhat (always tons of them after winter).
And I moved my front 285/40/18 Goodyear F1's to the rear, as a temporary rear tire.
The car's currently got its front end in the air, waiting for the new Continental DW 285/40/18 front tires, which won't get mounted/balanced till Tuesday morning.
Tuesday morning I'm also having my 20" tires taken off my Niche Milans. The front 275/35/20 Nitto G2's are going on the fiancée's front Alcoas, the rear 305/35/20 555Rs are for sale, as are the Milans.
Today I test-fitted one of them on the front of my car.
Good clearance against the strut, as I expected.
Somewhat tight against the outside of the caliper, but good room between the back of the spokes and the face of the caliper.
Edit: forgot to mention, this was with a small spacer that I've been using with the Goodyear F1 285s on there

Boy, that looks like they barely fit. How wide are those things? You planning on using the spacer? Good luck, can't wait for pictures of them mounted and installed.

They're 18x10, all four.
They were previously used on an '11 GT as track wheels for road-course racing
Started her for the first time since November. Missed this sound so much. Still waiting to take her out on the street though. Too much mud and salt. :/ Not sure if the link will work.

Gabe, keep us posted on the whole event - Always good to have proper shoes and socks

NATHAN! What's up buddy. Why are all my favorite mustangs on this site black in color? LOL... I'm a closet black car color lover - other than Kona of course
Yes, that sound is supreme. I have been driving mine a few times now here. There's still some debris on the road, but... I couldn't wait any longer. We're in the middle of moving to our new house, so any break I can take to drive her for 15 minutes, I will take.
Hope to see you again soon, bud.
p.s. how did you link an Instagram post? I haven't done IG in a LONG time. Too busy.

Thanks! I'm jealous. Roads aren't terrible here aside from the road I take to get out. haha So I'm stuck currently. Maybe I'll just use the extra time to get her detailed.
As for IG, I held down on my picture until a menu popped up and I hit copy URL, then just pasted the link into my post using the insert link option in the reply. Hope that makes sense. haha Posting the link itself doesn't work.
I was able to take mine out 2 weeks ago. It was sunny and the roads were clear of salt/sand and wet pavement, but it was cold. BUT, very worth it. Glad I did too because now we have snow and melting snow all over.

Thanks Tony! Hopefully spring will get here sooner rather than later.
Had the tires dismounted off my Milans and listed the Milans and the rear tires for sale on a few Facebook pages.
Tons of activity on everything, even with the one rim bring scraped up.
Got a pending deal to meet up in MA with a dude from CT that wants the wheels and the rear tires.
(front tires are getting a new home on the fiancée's front Alcoas)
It's not as much money as I wanted but it's close, and I really hope it goes well, I need the money.
The shop I went to does regular work but also plays with some 600-800+ whp EVOs and the occasional Mercedes C63 that needs new head bolts/studs
