Now to park the car by the mail box, polishing the hood and waiting....

I decided to get back to studying the cello and loaded my cello in the back seat and went for a lesson.

If you open the windows and drive fast, will the wind make music on the cello? lol

Replacement hood still hasn't gotten to the body shop. Idk when I'm going to get my car back. I almost forget it's gone, it's been so long. I do not know how you rust belt guys do this every year!!

Bummer. I only had to go four months this year. And this was a mild winter.

Drove it some, and picked up the Cabin air filter and air filter for the Volvo S80 today, tired of replacing them so I went with the reusable types same for the mustang air filter

It's funny you should say this, as I was heavily leaning toward a CAI and tune. But the set up I want is closer to $700, I don't really drive it hard and fast, and I figured it would be something I could put off for a bit longer (I already enjoy the roar of my Pype bombs muffler deletes) so I decided to get a bunch of things that will make me happy to put on the car
(and not go into debt doing it!)
You've got one awesome machine, by the way!

Probably going to order MGW shifter soon... But can't decide if I should also get clutch and flywheel to install at same time since I'm already working on the tranny...

Just filled up with fuel and gave her a detail..............she's now ready for a wedding next weekend. There should be a bunch of Mustangs there, so tune in next week for more lol

This is slightly cheating as it's not my car (the GHIG Boss belongs to the couple who are getting married.......and I accompanied the bride to be!).......and it was yesterday.........but there were 4 Boss 302s at a track day at Goodwood. It was a good day. A very goooooood day

Nice cars, I've always liked yours.

Kind of off topic, but your post got me thinking. How much does a fill up cost you there for the Mustang?

Thank you, too, kind Sir

Unleaded is currently around £1.15 per litre which is about £4.40 per gallon.......so to fill the 16 gallon tank is about £70.

The £ is worth about $1.54, so that £70 is about $108

Now you know one reason us Brits only use our Mustangs as toys

Ouch!! That'll put a dent in the wallet for sure. Its been about a month and a half since I put gas in the 500 and I can't remember how much 93 was then and gas has gone up quite a bit in the last month. 87 is $2.30/ gallon right now, 93 is probably around $2.60.
