Completely unrelated...

Didn't you used to have a white SGT that you got rid of because the wife had a fender bender and the bumper didn't match after the repaint?

I'm just having flashbacks here or something. That '70 Mustang reminded me of it I guess.

You see...my memory is good, but unfortunately not perfect.

Eh. Who needs a white CS when you've got the VB SGT anyway.

'70 is my favorite year. Excepting '07 of course.

I love the grille, headlights, taillights, hips. I just love it all. Looks good in regular GT trim. No chin spoiler and no hip vent either.

She's really a beauty Lee.

Thanks. 69 had the hip vents and the quad head lights. The tail lights stuck out too, where as on the 70 they were recessed...

Friday at last! I'm so tired I could sleep till next summer. School all morning, then I got to work all afternoon out in the hot sun. Now I'm probably gonna go to the Twins game (might be the last one I go to in the metrodome.) if I don't pass out first.
So what will be housed in the new stadium?

Guys, here's a pic I took of the Hurst shifter last night after we installed the shift boot adapter(which came yesterday).
the hurst looks the best...I might have to take the hurst white cue ball and put it on a MGW...maybe the whole shifter arm...

MGW is the best from everything I've heard. But I do like the look of the Hurst better

I hate it when people do that. Especially when you go to the fair or something and they have huge garbage bags full of mini donuts.

Beautiful.

Went to the game and came home and crashed. My sisters about drove me nuts the whole time. Afterwards we had to drive around for an hour looking for an open starbucks at 11pm. I really wanted an ice cream cone from the DQ, but my sister refused to even look. "You could have gotten ice cream at the game!"

Have fun Jill.

And Nathan...I wasn't implying anything. I was just curious if you ever heard of the place and their Turkey race.

Thanks for the congrats guys, I can't wait to get it home and wash her. There's rustish color leftover residue from when it overheated all in the engine bay and a little down the sides. And vacuum it... then I'm off to source myself a new lock and weatherstripping for the sliding window on the back of the cab

I have driven through there before, so yes I've heard of it.

Toronado
I love it. Start at Prelude, end at F-150.

GaryyC
Congrats on your first car! You definitely went to the other end of the scale there
Me
Hah, yeah just a little. For most of my search I was using a ~2000 F150 at my job on a farm, so I had a little closet love for them
I think I've surprised some people on another forum
