Sorry to hear David. I'll never understand why some places just don't get how to do good business if for the only reason than to keep customers from bashing you. It can take 5 good referals to get a customer and only one bad referal to lose a customer forever.

I'm pretty ticked off right now! Firstly dont ever buy or try to get anything done at efird chrysler jeep dodge in Florence! I stupidly left my car there yesterday for them to do some warranty work on my car, like I told you fellas. The agreement was that it would be $100 for the things that I needed to be done via the warranty. They called us back today wanting $770! what a load of complete BS! needless to say we're not paying it, we talked to the guy we bought the car from, the only reason we got the $1k warranty to start with was because of possible A/C problems down the road, and the noise from the rear. He called the warranty company, and the president of the warranty company happens to be here and is going to talk to the ***holes. I'm going to bash that dealership as much as possible. I'd heard a couple bad things, but it was either take it here or 50 miles away. /rant
