I really should have taken that nap this afternoon, feel like crap now. Maybe I'll at least be tired enough to sleep good tonight, got stuff I need to tomorrow.

 

I have been so whacked out from my sleep schedule the past week or so its nuts. Trying to feed earlier than 3am, but still wind up not going to bed till 4. Used to crash good for 7 hrs.
But last few weeks, go to bed, toss and turn for an hour, get up wide awake and maybe get tired by 6.
A few days ago even drank Kahlua at 6 so I would get some good sleep. So I wind up napping in afternoon, early evening, late evening, and do it all over again.

 

I hardly ever take naps because I can't go to sleep at night. I usually lay down and watch Red Eye at 3 during the week and fall asleep after it goes off but the last week I've been having trouble winding down.

 

With the mild weather, and needing to travel for medical checkup, put insurance back on Bullitt. Get to drive today!

But only for a week though as weather is approaching.

 

The Jeep got rear ended on the way home from work today. Hit pretty hard. Held up well. The other car, not so much.

My head got slammed into the head rest pretty hard. Two hours later i'm starting to feel the pain in my neck. I'm off to urgent care and get checked out to be sure... I should be okay. I hope!

Son of a *****! You just can't have nice stuff these days. Better really get checked out good, you could have problems pop up for a while after something like that.

 

I'm at urgent care now. Hour and 45 minute wait. Uggh. Sore neck and head feels a bit light. It'll get checked out.

Bummer! I've had a few neck injuries. At first you think you're OK, but it shows up later to be pretty bad strain. One I was barely hit in but it took a year of physical therapy to feel right. Actually 6 mos - because I wasted the first 6 mos with a chiro.
Another one I had a freight elevator break and free fell. It was only about 4' but since it was totally unexpected I wasn't prepared for it. Freaking rang my bell. I was in a daze for 2 hrs, they made me go to the hosp and really didn't want to let me go. But I was out of town on the coffee truck and needed to get home 2hrs. So they gave me a neck brace which I had to wear a few weeks and still get physical therapy. Took a long time to feel right.

 

I just got back from urgent care. Just have some muscle strain in my neck. He gave me some muscle relaxers so hopefully that will help.

Now the fun part of trying to find a rental. Nobody has any. My dealership gave me a 2015 Patriot for free (just fill the tank back up), but it's reserved for tomorrow so it has to go back. Should be a fun day!
