Just 4 walls, a roof, a couple screen doors, and a huge smoker out back with a big pile of wood next to it.

That's where you're going to come across good bbq.
Exactly...you want good BBQ then don't set foot in a chain restaurant

The best thing they have is their free soft serve. If you buy a cup you can fill it with soft serve and then make yourself a coke/root beer float while you eat. Then you can bring the cup back and drink for free. Still, I don't go out of my way to go there. It was just something different to eat when I used to work in the mall.

Lee, since I know you love all things pecan...you may be interested in this pecan pie muffin recipe. I made some for my husband and he loved them.

I may try this butter pecan cheesecake for him next.

What did TMS change lately that many copy/paste pics don't show like they did?

I'm not a big fan of cheese cake, but that muffin looks like heaven! I'll have to try some of those.

I like cheesecake, but I can usually only have 2 bites and I'm done. It's too rich for me. The muffins were good though. This looked good to me....until I saw the coconut part

Not sure, but I had some impure thoughts that weren't related to actual cake when I read it.

I googled it. It looks like a regular cake with jello 'poked' into it.

Ruins a perfectly good cake.

Exactly. Jello is only good for small children, invalids, and shots on spring break.

I have some jello here from when I was on the liquid diet last week. It's been years since I had some.

I've never had a jello shot!

No jello in this cake. It's just called a poke cake because you poke holes in it while it's warm and then pour the pudding on it so it seeps into the holes in the cake.

Why am I not surprised, lol
