I don't understand how our rights are being trampled one after another by this era of government.
Complete disregard for the citizen/voter/taxpayer.
I really do not understand how this is happening under the US form of government of/by/for the people.
And as disgusted as I am, I feel completely powerless. Letters, phone calls, do nothing.

$14.8 billion. To pay for that, authorities decided to tax "impervious surfaces" --in the words of The Gazette, "anything that prevents rainwater from seeping into the earth (roofs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, etc.) thereby causing stormwater runoff."

EPA is out of control and moronic. Like they are trying to penalize farmers for dust. So what should farmers do, stop growing food??
Humans can neither stop or control wind or rain. How on earth did we let this piece of **** government get this way???? Admin Agencies wrecking lives with their totalitarian stupidity.

A Man Just Needs Some....
Roofs, driveways, patios, sidewalks don't prevent stormwater runoff - they divert it to the nearest ground/lawns. Now buildings in the city with only concrete and asphalt around is different - but residential areas, green areas, golf courses, woods/forest areas are not this way.
