So full. Fixed a big supper tonight with some stuff from the garden. Took some thick sliced pork loin, seasoned it, seared both sides in a skillet with a little clarified butter and finished it in the oven (stayed so moist and tender but nicely browned) fresh green beans with a little ham, fresh fried okra, fresh cream style corn, mac & cheese, and corn bread.
And just like after sex, now I need a cigarette and a nap.
