Geez watching Oregon Ducks is getting ridiculous! D. Thomas is prob going to get yelled at for the 6th td runback for not letting it go out the end zone. But he picked it up, dodged and weaved, and blistered down field 75 yds for 6!

I love that body style Vette
Just skip over this if you dread my long, picture heavy diatribes (which I'm sure most of you do, I know y'all just humor me).
So, after the price the old man quoted me yesterday, I wasn't really expecting what showed up. After they called this morning and said they were coming and I got the cars out of the garage and moved to a safe place I sat outside and waited.
Next thing I knew, I heard diesels rolling up the driveway, and I was impressed. They showed up with a hell of a crew. A new bucket truck with a 75ft boom on it, another big truck with a huge chipper behind it that fed into the box on the back and it would hold 12ft sections of logs as well as the chips. Another flatbed with a big Bobcat, and an F250 pulling a big stump grinder.
And now here is where I might **** some people off, but I don't mean it the way it sounds at first. They all got out of their trucks, and not a single one of them was a Mexican. Now, I don't mean that in a racist way, but if you knew the area and what has happened around here over the last ten years you'd understand what I mean.
Normally when you contract a job like that (or any job for that matter) the owner will come out and look around and give you an estimate. Then when they show up to do the job the whole crew will be illegals that don't speak a word of English. Funny, I always hear that "they are just doing the jobs that Americans wont do". Really? Here is a company that has been doing business locally for 25 years, has nice equipment, knows what they are doing, and take pride in doing a good job. Not only that, their price was much lower than what crews that use illegals normally charge (so much for that crap about "Mexicans work harder, and for less, so it saves you money". Amazing that this group of local hillbillies (American citizens no less) are working their asses off, and are more than happy to talk to you, be friendly, and enjoy what they are doing. Hmmm, makes you wonder.
Well, enough of the stuff that will **** people off and make me a racist pariah to the liberals.
They set their trucks up and got to work right off the bat. Old boy got in the bucket and started trimming limbs, dropping them right where he wanted, and not 15 feet from my carport.
That stump grinder was so stout, that it was pushing that parked F250 a foot or more side to side as he moved it!!
I was really impressed with their work and professionalism. Great guys (the old man that did the estimate was the owner, his son was the foreman that came back with the crew to do the job), awesome job, couldn't beat the price. And best of all, the money went to a local company, guys that live here, and none of it was sent back to Mexico through Western Union.
This is all they left where the tree was.......
picked up every stick, smoothed everything out and left it in fantastic shape (in 2hrs!! from the time they pulled in to the time they left, try getting that done with a union crew!!! ). They actually did much more than they agreed to do, I didn't really expect them to do nearly as much clean up as they did, I was planning on cleaning up myself. More than pleased with the quality of the the job they did, would hire them again in a minute and will definitely recommend them to other people I know.
