Not trying to start ****, but did you actually love the glass roof? Was it a deal breaker? Just curious. I like it, but I don't like it $2K dollars worth. I actually think in the long run it will be a negative. I personally think that screen that rolls out over it will start to sag like a ****ty headliner over time and be drooping down into the interior years down the road. Especially in that Texas heat (if you ever actually drive it, lol, had to get in a jab from Paul )

I never saw a glass roof in person. Only pics from forum members and stuff. Honestly it will be a garage queen. I never take these cars anywhere where I would park them and they actually get hot. But I've wanted the glass roof in a Mustang for years now and this will most likely be the last one I buy. So I decided to get what I want whether it's practical or not.

I'm the same way, mine are just toys. In that case, you should tell them to stuff it, and hold out for what you want, otherwise you'll regret it and it will bug you every time you get in it. I know it sucks, but don't compromise, and suck it up and wait.

I'm only on double Crown six. Got a long way to go to finish this liter.

Wish I could get drunk on six beers, I'd be a hell of a lot richer.

Oh this is just at the house. When I go out I drink around a 12 pack.

This is a cruiser of you will. A car that 20 years from now I'll want to hop in and cruise and feel younger I guess too. And the glass roof will be that added special touch about it.

You gotta admit even though you wouldn't own one it would be nice to cruise in.

At least that's what I hope.

A 12 pk, lol. When I'm on vacation and can do as I please, I drink a 12 pk during the day to maintain a buzz at the pool. When the sun goes down I start on Long Island Teas, then Margaritas, then Crown Royal the rest of the night.

Oh, I didn't mean that I wouldn't own one, I really like it, just not sure I would give an extra 2K for it (I'm a cheap ***) and I'd worry about the cover sagging over the years.

Just not sure that it would make enough difference in my enjoyment to justify the price and potential problems. (like the guy on here that had it to break when a rock kicked up from a truck and hit the edge of it. )

Between the open grill and the glass roof I'd be best just sitting home and waxing it.

I would worry about that too around here. With the ****ty roads and my ****ty luck, I could very well see a rock getting kicked through the radiator/heat exchanger/condenser. Just the type of thing that would happen to me.

However, I'm extremely jealous of you. I'd like to have one, but my cheap *** conscious wont let me lose that much money selling mine and buying another.

I'll either have to wait a couple of years, and buy a 13 or 14, or put a big honking Whipple on mine when the warranty runs out.
