True. I've thought of raising my own calf, but I can't eat a whole cow in a year when it comes time to slaughter. And I don't want any hogs or chickens around.
And buying from a farmer here doesn't work either. Dang beef tastes like sage. (Yes Joe there are bad steaks.) Need me some corn fed midwestern moo moo.
