I don't believe so, Fed says 7.25/hour everywhere. MA says 8/hour.
Now typically people in the northeast for example make more money doing the same job as someone in say Florida. That is how wages relate to cost of living. Wages are lower in FL and so is the cost of living. The cost of living in MA is much higher but so are wages.

Interesting.
I always love those books that list all of the states and their stupid laws that make no sense.
