If they passed an ordinance to allow that here, there would be at least 5 Bible thumpers a week that their heads would explode. They already ranted and raved that there would be rivers of blood flowing through the streets and decapitated bodies laying around from the car wrecks when they passed alcohol sales on Sunday in restaurants, then again when they passed Sunday package liquor and beer sales.

In MA everything is bought at a liquor store aka package store or packie as we like to call them. In NH beer and wine is at the grocery store and all hard stuff is at State liquor stores. That's right in NH you can only buy the hard stuff from the state.
