I've been lucky that i only need them for reading. My husband can't see far away and has a restriction for glasses on his license. He won't get the surgery though. He's thought about it but won't do it.

I always love those books that list all of the states and their stupid laws that make no sense. Like one state says that if a car meets a horse on the road and the horse is disturbed by it then the owner of said car must disassemble it and hide it in the bushes to the horses satisfaction so that it may pass.
In Alabama you don't have to have a windshield...but you have to have a rear view mirror and windshield wipers....

I did that Friday. I have extra glasses in the garage, the pumphouse, the kitchen... guess I'm going to have to get an extra pair for the glovebox too.

Wow - that's some crazy beaver right there!

Woman, 83, attacked by rabid beaver at Lake Barcroft in Fairfax County
http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/...y.html?hpid=z5

Reminds me of a certain stallion I once knew named Echohawk...
