Here ya go lee. Made some fresh cut mashed potatoes. Yes those are sponge bob Mac n cheese..... I have a 2yr old 
Oh and instead of salt, I use Tony's. (wonder who knows what im referring to besides Al)

So you guys down in Alabama. How close are you guys to Huntsville/ Meridianville? Thinking if it aint to far to maybe make my way down to meet ya after work one day.
Also thanks for the support guys. I am actually really excited about it. I will be making pretty close to what I was in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Oh and it also feels good to be cooking agian. Tonights dinner is lemon chicken on the grill and potatoes and corn. Oh and it is all made from scratch

Its basically a straight shot up 231/431 to Tn. from Huntsville. Best I remember its about 25-30 miles to the state line, but I haven't been over that way in quite some time.

Looks like a good time. Next year I will be there, at least for the autox and car show. Ill run in the autox and just envy the car show.
