I almost moved to SC from NC. My dad was working for a company called Argents there. On the final inspection of the house we were gonna buy, he fell through the floorboards, because they were rotten. Then the company laid him off and we moved to Florida.

The best part about that house, the builders just slapped some new floorboards OVER the rotted ones and sold the house.
