We made it! My wife and I ran it together. I beat her 
I was just fine for 10 miles, then fatigue got me. Yellow flag conditions. I finished in 2:27:50.

That pic just reminded me of a call i ran once. it was for a woman with chest pains. We get there, her brother is freaking out, wanting us to call in life saver and air lift her to the hospital. Im like "dude, shes sitting there talking to us while smoking a cigarette, im not flying a helicopter for that" and he goes " i used to work for teh LA coroners office and they would fly in for us all the time". I looked at him straight in the face and went "what was the rush?"... he didnt get it.

Anybody watching the Nationwide race? Holy hell, that lick that Eric McClure just took was one of the hardest hits I've ever seen in Nascar. It looked like he never lifted, just flat out about 190 strait into the wall.

It looked like he actually sped up after he got turned and I'm not sure if her ever touched the brakes. I was drawn up in a knot just watching it about to happen.
If it hadn't have been for the safer barrier, I think it might possibly have killed him.

The wall was still bent in after he hit it. It was one hell of a lick. They are probably going to have to replace that whole section of wall.
