Bout to nick name her "grandma squeaky". lol

She's the last of my 'outside' horses. The rest of the herd were foaled/raised by me.
Aww, grandma squeaky! Wow, 31!

My Tennessee Walker was 8 when I found her a great home. my other girl was 18 when I found her one. Bought her when I was 15 and raised her from bones. She had a cribbing problem and I fattened her up with beet pulp along with sweet feed and hay. Both were black mares and beautiful when they came to health. I miss them both a lot.

Somebody around here put $5k in a Salvation Army kettle, then the next week put another $5k in it. They don't know who it is, but they always put it in the same one, and have done the same thing for the last 4 years in a row.

Wonder what the odds on that are? But, who loses their job, then goes out the next day and buys $700 worth of gifts, put them in "her" car, then goes back in to shop some more?

When I was younger we accidentally left a few hundred dollars worth of clothes sitting outside of kohls. We had set them there for whatever reason and everyone else thought someone else had grabbed them. It wasn't until we got home until we realized we had forgot them. Went back and they were long gone.
