My first drive was a 1986 Lincoln Town Car. Actually that was the first drive with my parents. I drove a car in drivers ed earlier that day and it was a **** brown 1984-1985 Oldsmobile Firenza 4 door sedan.

My first driving experience was a '00 F150 Flareside with the 5.4. Had a little too much fun on the farm, way too often. First drive on the road was in my dads '04 Mustang.

Gary, that's just the wrong car to learn in. Toyota tercel for learning. You know that fox will do a dohnut in a heartbeat. I recommend lots of alcohol in the meantime.

I also recommend some lessons in a wet empty parking lot. Let her lose the rear end a few times so she can get used to it. It's gonna happen in a 5.0 fox. Might as well get her accustomed to the car's limitations.

When I taught my daughter how to drive, I told her the pedals worked opposite when you are in reverse gear. She believed me!! After her first lesson she made me promise to not let "mom" go the next time.
