Lee, that clip is security cam footage from a skit that was shot with Vaughn Gitten Jr. It's completely staged.

Man that was bizarre. They might as well have called it. Seems like they were sneaky with rule changes - some things were stated other things were left vague. Even the announcers were in the dark.

Tough weekend for my Lotus teams both Indy (4th) and Monaco (carash bang booom!)

I bet there are a lot of pit crew people that got fired. Both Indy & F1 had more tire change errors than I remember in one race.

Also, was surprised how much the tires shed rubber into marbles. Particularly the soft tires at Monaco. Both races had wrecks due to it. And how about that Firestone at Indy separating from its mounting bead?? lol Apparently it wasn't just on Explorer's! lolol Glad Ford switched!

And a few miles down the road from that, I'm just driving along and out of nowhere the windows fogged up like someone threw a sheet over the windshield. I'm thinking it was from crossing from the cool dry air to the hot humid air, but it was just strange how it happened.

Had a great time! Nothin beats a beach BBQ with family and friends and a bonfire to top things off.

I played Chef. I like to make soup when the weather is bad. Should have been bbq'ing but what do you do when its cold and rainy? So Sat I made a wicked beef stew - I'm pretty meticulous about it - several steps took most the afternoon. It was the best I think I have ever made!
Made cornbread (I rarely bake) that was great with bbq but awesome with strawberry shortcake! Fresh corn & artichokes. Caeser salad with guacamole.
Yesterday was a bit of sun so I (hickory) smoked some beef ribs on the charcoal grill (mainly to cook off some fat and put some smoke in them) and then threw them in the crockpot with beer and sauce. I need to post that recipe.
Today I messed with horses and ate all the goodies I cooked that didn't get frozen. My freezer is so stuffed there's no mo room!!
I can cook more than I can eat so the freezer is my rescue. But I have to stop buying stuff for awhile and empty it! lol

No I've never done that. Probably need to ask Scothew for a smoke recipe.
But a local chef brought some made from elk to the pub last week. Awesome!

Ok I tried. I just can't watch that stuff too much. I hated history in school because it seemed it was mostly about wars. Lucky to get C's & D's.
Guess those Penguins cracked my knuckles so many times to get the Big 10 correct, that I could never really deal with war due to 'thou shalt not kill'...

Never made any personally.

I seriously want to though, and I really want to make it to the northwest for an elk hunt.

I gotta try that, I've never even had elk meat. Only cows, pigs, and chickens pretty much. Might have to make a trip down to bass pro I know they've probably got some

I want that 200' x 80' television that's on the back stretch at Charlotte. Put it out behind the house up on the side of the ridge.
Completely agreed on the Hildebrand subject. He could have bled off 30mph and still won
