Why does trying to stay on shape suck so bad? I just did 4 sets of 25 pushups each, 3 sets of 100 crunches, and 3 sets of 100 allahs(basically lay flat on the floor, pit your arms up straight to the cieling, and then use your (fl)abs to lift your shoulders off the ground, reaching to the sky).
I haven't focused on triceps in a looooong time, those pushups were hell.
Finally someone to replace me on set!

Only you and I know the deep, dark thoughts we have.
I was at a house today doing a service call (factory defective front door) and I noticed some bottles on top of the cabinets. I instantly thought of Lee and what his kitchen would look like if he did the same...
