Not sure that ever got beyond the "concept" stage, and that was back on the '14

They do look nice, exotic even. But the 2014s kill me, that rear bumper looks like it was made for the 2012 taillights. Guess they could not afford a redesign to fit the 13/14 lights. I will stick with my Roush.
Something that spendy should fit right...

Well, here are pics of someone who took delivery of his Maliblue Black Label :headbang:

Bad *** car! SO,...they are actually building them!!! lol
I like it, but I think I would get that California Sunset color. That just looks best on the Black Label 302, in my opinion.
Very cool!

Is it a bad *** car ? sure it is and although it appears Saleen is building them, just ask yourself the following 4 questions..
1.. How long will Saleen continue to be in existence..
2.. Is 70k+ worth the risk/investment..
3.. Will your neighborhood Ford dealership honor the Saleen factory warranty..
4.. How stable and trustworthy has Saleen's track record as a company proven itself during the past 6+years..
If you have doubts to either any or all of the above ? Don't just walk, but run as far away as you possibly can

I like the Black Label Saleen 302,....but honestly, I think I'd rather have a 2016 Roush Stage 3 with the phase 3 package, (whenever phase 3 comes out. Probably looking at about 750 HP and about 650lbs. of torque at the crank.) My second choice would be the Steeda Street Fighter and then the Saleen Black Label 302.
I would love to buy a S550 Mustang and build it the way I want, but it would cost WAAAYYYY much more than a killer car like the Roush Stage 3 or Steeda Street Fighter.

I had a saleen twin screw blower on my 06.... loved it, sold it to Gary and it's still going strong on his Seven car as fas as I know. That said, I wouldn't buy a saleen vehicle. Well maybe a Red Flag edition from 08 but nothing new.

Like yourself, I'd much rather have a 2016 Roush Stage 3 as my first choice, followed by the Shelby GT350 as my second choice.. With the Roush stage 3, at least you know without a doubt that your purchasing from a very reputable and stable company that isn't facing the possibility of extinction..
Plus you'll also have piece of mind knowing that Ford hasn't dropped it's partnership with Roush and can still take your car to any authorized Ford/Roush dealership to be serviced under full warranty
